We pro­du­ce our poles from glass fiber-rein­forced pla­s­tic using a paten­ted cen­tri­fu­gal cas­ting pro­cess. Glass fiber mats are wrap­ped around a metal man­drel and pla­ced in a chro­me-pla­ted steel mold.
During the sub­se­quent cen­tri­fu­ging pro­cess, the rein­force­ment and matrix mate­ri­al are com­pac­ted by strong cen­tri­fu­gal forces and the addi­ti­on of resins.
