Our versatile
and
flexible barriers.

Level crossing barriers.

More security.

Whether as full, half or pedestrian barriers, they must be easily recognizable for everyone and reliably contribute to safety.

Our fiberglass-reinforced level crossing barries, which are available as round and rectangular barriers, meet precisely these requirements.

As a long-standing Q1 supplier to Deutsche Bahn AG, our railroad barriers comply with the strict technical requirements of DB AG and impress both in Germany and worldwide.

Variable, consistent, good.

The level crossing barriers are available in various lengths and are modular in design. The boom parts can be replaced individually.

The dense and smooth surface of the level crossing barriers offers no surface for weathering. Corrosion is also not an issue with this material. Due to their long service life and the absence of follow-up costs for care or maintenance, barrier arms made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic are extremely economical.

We supply the level crossing barriers in white as standard. However, various RAL colors are available by coloring the polyester resin. Subsequent painting is not necessary.

Country-specific features as standard,
many extras optional

Each level crossing barrier is covered with a weather-resistant and highly reflective film designed according to country-specific specifications, which reflects incident light without glare. We select different film types, colors and cuts depending on the specifications. The modular design of the level crossing barriers in various lengths offers further customization options. Special equipment such as LED lighting or tree breakage monitoring are also available.

In a barrier-breakage-monitoring system, a stranded copper wire is firmly attached to the wall. The strand is completely maintenance-free and reliably detects any breakage along the entire length of the barrier by interrupting a safety circuit. If a vehicle breaks through the level crossing barrier, the approaching train is stopped by a signal.
